Training Programs

 About the programs

Each of these programs has been carefully crafted to meet a specific need and deliver a desired outcome. They have been tested, evaluated, honed and reused with employees from Australia’s top companies which include: finance, insurance, publishing, retail, fashion, hospitality, transportation, airlines and correctional facilities.

After many years working with key executives to completely understand all the fundamental issues and components involved before designing a training program, it is evident that while each company has unique challenges the way through them was achieved using universal principles.

Once the dust has cleared away and emotions put aside it becomes obvious that it is not the company, product, people or perceived problem that is causing the current calamity but the way in which we deal with it.

The word crisis in Chinese symbols combines both danger and opportunity. Our challenge is to master the art of recognising the difference, consider a new perspective and act appropriately. To another way, the key to any problem is to remain detached enough to objectively consider options and choose an outcome most likely to produce positive results. When the issue is mechanical we are all familiar with the preferred option of taking it apart bit by bit until the fault is found; the same formula can be applied to identify the problem with people but refocus and see the bigger picture instead of getting bogged down in small details.

These workbooks are designed to be used for multiple purposes: as a personal motivational tool that provides instant sustenance, processes for identifying blockages, and guidelines on how to move forward; and as a source of invaluable material to use when training others. Used individually they become a personal life coach; as a facilitation tool they can be broken down into one or two self-contained courses targeting specific subjects.

About your facilitator

Lynette Davies is a dynamic and stimulating public speaker, business consultant, counsellor and facilitator. She is entrepreneurial, people-centred and committed to ownership and empowerment.

For over 20yrs she has combined impressive management accomplishments in the corporate world with remarkable success as a therapist and counsellor. During this period Lynette was also an on-air radio identity and columnist for high profile magazines and newspapers. This multi-faceted career has given her rare insight into the structure, culture and needs of any group of people who wish to work harmoniously towards a mutually beneficial outcome.

She began her career as a magazine editor and freelance journalist. These communication skills honed her gifts for perception and persuasion and lead into sales and marketing. Intrigued by what influenced people and how they made their choices she studied the subject.

So began a lifetime journey devoted to personal and professional development and a commitment to use this knowledge to empower others to ignite their passion and succeed. The culmination of all this experience forms her belief that people drive business and the only difference between ‘good’ and ‘poor’ performers is attitude and a lack of the tools to make the necessary change.

Today Lynette is educated in all facets of human development and includes aspects of numerous modalities in her workshops eg Neuro-Emotional Technique; Neuro-Emotional Programming; Imago Therapy; Gestalt Therapy; Transactional analysis; Behavioural Modelling and Cognitive Therapies.  She has acquired a reputation for achieving results by designing and delivering holistic programs and workshops which address the real issues and engage, commit and influence all involved.
